All That is Left of You / Everything You are Now was a performative installation of the 556 pieces of the silicone doll made after the artist’s own likeness, Amber Doll, that remained after the artist transformed her body into a replica of the bull orca Tilikum during Amber Doll > TILIKUM (2011). All That is Left of You / Everything You Are Now posed broader feminist questions of surrogacy, domination, and enclosure that suture doll, female, and whale bodies and flesh—synthetic, organic, and commodified.
